Project Administrator - Part time, Fixed Term Contract - 21.75 hours per week (3 days a week)

Equate Scotland are based in the heart of Edinburgh city centre in our Craiglockhart
campus. They work alongside industry, academia, the Scottish Government and public bodies to make tangible and sustainable change, enabling women studying and working in these key sectors to develop. You can find out more information about equate here.
We are looking for a Project Administrator to join the Equate team to cover maternity for 12 months on a part-time basis of 21.75 hours per week (3 days a week). Working days must include a Monday however the other 2 days are flexible.
The Role
As Project Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Equate team and their projects. You will be responsible for the financial administration of two projects. This will include raising purchase orders, updating and balancing financial reports, monitoring actual expenditure and any other financial related administrative tasks.
You will play a key role within the team by being solely responsible for their contact management system. You will manage all aspects of the CRM system, including collating and organising the data for contacts, ensuring this data has been stored correctly. You will help the team with pulling off relevant reports from the CRM system as well as ensuring the CRM system is fully utilised by all.
Working closely with our Events Organiser, you will help with the organisation and planning of events. This includes booking travel, accommodation or meetings if required. Alongside this, you will support the team with any other ad hoc administrative duties.

What Are We Looking For
Applicants must demonstrate:
Demonstrable experience within office administration
Strong knowledge and experience working with CRM systems
Experience of financial reporting and financial administration
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
Desirable attributes:
Experience of the Raiser's Edge CRM system
Experience of Agresso finance system
