The role
We are looking for a Finance and Operations Co-ordinator to join our team for 21.75 hours per week on a fixed term contract. You will work closely with the Director of Equate Scotland to optimise the organisations financial strategy and ensure continued financial stability. You will lead two members of the Support team in providing financial and administrative support to Equate Scotland.

Who we are looking for
This role is ideal for someone with a proactive and organised approach with extensive experience in financial systems and administration as well as experience in line managing a team. You will work closely with the project officers in the financial management of their projects. You will have an eye for detail and be able to manage your time effectively.
Applicants must demonstrate:
• Practical experience of financial systems and administration, evidencing their experience in budget review and analysis, financial reporting, and procurement systems.• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage their own time effectively and prioritise tasks whilst working to deadlines• Excellent team management skills and working
The ideal candidate would have a working knowledge of accounting software, preferably Agresso, although training would be provided.
