Career Development Administrator - Full time, 1 Year FTC
Job description
We are looking for a Career Development Administrator to play a key role in the Career Development Team within the Student Futures function, who are responsible for making a difference to our student's employment prospects by supporting the development of professional skills needed to succeed in the workplace.

The role
In this role, you will provide effective and efficient support across the department to enable the delivery of high quality employability services to students and act as first point of contact for student career enquiries, appointment bookings and general administrative support to our team of qualified careers consultants.
This role will also require daily interaction with the Edinburgh Napier CareerHub portal, a key digital platform for all student interaction and reporting.
Who we are looking for
Applicants must demonstrate:
Studied to HND or equivalent
General office experience
Excellent IT skills including MS Office
Extensive customer service experience
Ability to work on own initiative and part of a wider team
Approachable manner; showing confidence to deal with a range of contacts and build rapport
Good written and oral communication skills
Available to work occasional evenings and weekends

: GBP 21,414 - GBP 25,482 per annum (Grade3)
