We are currently looking to recruit a full time School Support Administrator in the Programme and Student Support team within the Business School at our Craiglockhart Campus. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Simply put, through excellent customer service, we anticipate users' needs and deliver support services that are efficient, accessible and intuitive to our users.
The role
The post holder will undertake a diverse range of administrative tasks associated with supporting students, supporting academic staff and liaising with external partners, and working on the I-Point as a first point of contact for students and visitors to our Campus.

What are we looking for?
You will ideally have prior administrative experience in a busy environment, preferably in Further or Higher Education, be a strong communicator with the ability to develop effective working relationships.

Salary: GBP 21,414 - GBP 25,482 per annum (Grade 3)
