We are currently looking for an International PartnershipManager to join our International Recruitment Team, who are part of ourInternational Operations & Student Recruitment team. The team supports thedelivery of the wider University 2020 and Internationalisation strategies,delivering effective and responsive recruitment, admissions and administrationservices to support the student journey both in Edinburgh and in conjunctionwith our partners around the world.

The role
As International Partnership Manager you will lead andmanage international student recruitment and institutional partnerships from threekey regions for the University. You will lead the strategic development andoperational management of the University's international recruitment activitiesin Africa, Middle East & South Asia, ensuringyou are contributing to institutional targets.
You will play a key role in representing the University onvisits overseas to target recruitment markets, ensuring you are continuouslypromoting Edinburgh Napier through education fairs and targeted visits, anddeveloping and managing relationships with our network of partner universities,study abroad providers and education agent's in-country.
You will provide leadership and line management of aregional team of staff with responsibility for driving international studentrecruitment in Africa, Middle East & South Asia.
This is a great opportunity to be proactive and providestrong collaboration with a variety of networks and relationships across theworld. Please note you will be expected to travel overseas regularly withinthis position.
Who we are looking for
You will demonstrate extensive experience of internationalstudent recruitment and/or marketing and the ability to negotiate and manageinternational partnerships. Experience of managing budgets and first linemanagement is desirable.
You will have strong interpersonal and team-working skillswith the ability to build effective working relationships and a network ofcontacts.
It would be advantageous if you are fluent (spoken andwritten) in a relevant second language.

Salary: GBP 40,322 - GBP 49,553 per annum (Grade 6)
