Please note, this opportunity is for employment via a casual hour's contract. Available hours will vary according to student demand, and work will be on an hourly paid basis.

The Career Development team works to provide high quality and effective professional services to support students and alumni to develop their skills and experience to secure graduate level employment in their chosen field.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are currently looking for Careers Development Consultants to join our team as bank staff. A key aspect of your role will be providing CV Checking services across all three of our campuses and delivering an open workshop provision. Role holders, working collaboratively within the Employability & Opportunities team, will focus on making a difference to our students' graduate employment prospects and success.
Experience in delivering a high quality careers provision within a higher education environment is essential. Experience of offering one to one advice and guidance to students is vital and a PGDip in Career Guidance, or similar, is required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and well developed interpersonal skills are essential and you must be passionate about helping students achieve their goals. You will be expected to work under pressure in a fast moving environment.
