Project Administrator – FTC 21.5 hours/3 days per week
This is a fixed-term position until 30th September 2022. Equate Scotland have secured funding from the Scottish Government for the next 3 years 2021-2024 via Inspiring Scotland and the contract operates on an annual basis)
Our Equate Scotland home base is at Craiglockhart Campus in Edinburgh, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and diligent Project Administrator to provide financial administrative support, and assist with the organisation and planning of events. This role can work flexibly across days/hours including a mix of flexible and on site working.

The role:
You will play a key role across the team. Responsible for the contact management system, including collating and organising the data, and running reports. You will also support the Financial Co-ordinator on financial tasks including, raising purchase orders, sales invoices, and updating the monthly finance reports. You will also provide general administrative support including booking travel, accommodation and meetings as required to support our programme of events.
Who are we looking for:
You will enjoy working as part of a team, and be an effective communicator. Your IT skills and experience will allow you to provide productive administrative support including knowledge and experience of working with CRM and financial systems. You will ideally have an interest or awareness of equality issues.

Salary: £22,254 - £26,341 (Grade 3) Pro rata
