What are we looking for?
We are looking for a lecturer in Midwifery to join our team to assist with the delivery of Post and Pre-registration midwifery programmes. The successful individual will contribute to the development and delivery of our educational provision and to the Schools research agenda both locally and globally.
Aligned to our Research pathway, candidates will be ambitious and enthusiastic about cross-disciplinary and collaborative working across the University and with our specialised industry partners, including the NHS. They may be expected to contribute to midwifery teaching, including overseas teaching, and scholarship covering these priority areas.
Essential to this position is a Doctoral qualification and a current active membership as a registered midwife. Further, you will have experience of research led teaching and/or training with demonstrable evidence of an innovative, practice-related teaching and student development in midwifery.
