Research Fellow - Fixed Term (6 months)
We are currently looking for two Research Fellows to join the Transport Research Institute (TRI) within the School of Engineering and the Built Environment (SEBE) on a full time basis for 6 months.
SEBE has a long history of innovative research, working with both industry specialists and the government on cutting edge projects that are internationally renowned and world leading. From transport modelling and policy, to automation and robotics, energy and renewables, advanced materials, manufacturing and product design engineering our work has gained national and international recognition and influences our teaching programmes.

The Role
The Research Fellows will carry out original research for two research projects in the areas of
As a Research Fellow, your work will include collection of primary and secondary data, integration of datasets, statistical analysis through the development of advanced statistical and econometric models, and development of high-level recommendations for key stakeholders. You are expected to take the lead in writing research papers and grant proposals. You will work in a team with researchers from the Transport Research Institute (TRI).
